Meeting called to order by Bob Hildreth at 2:00 PM.

February meeting minutes read by Mark Ferguson.  Motion passed to approve meeting minutes. 

Treasury report given by Shadrach Sporaa.  Account balance is $1481.99 and one claim made to Mark Ferguson for the Knoxville both display cost.  Webstie bill of $500 yet to be paid.

Old Business – None Discussed.

New Business:  

• Website is up and running.  Shad talked Danny into $200 for maintaining the site this year so the club owes Heartland Motorsports $500.  Motion made by Dad Stephenson and seconded by David Sporaa to pay the full $500 now.  Motion passed.
• Discussion held on the RHS heads.  It was discussed that the club needs to change rules to allow these heads.  RHS heads are suppose to be equivalent to approved Dart heads in the Midwest 305 rules.  Discussion ended with the opinion that Midwest 305 rules have been established through the 2009 season.  No motions made and discussion tabled until next month.
• Algona race now $1000 to win.

Dave Sporaa made a motioned to adjourn the meeting and Keith Carlburg seconded the motion.
